Kevin McCaffrey, Pastor     BRIEF HISTORY A Permanent Catholic Church in Andover was the result of missionary work by the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate. The Church was blessed and dedicated by Bishop James A. McFadden on Sunday, November 6, 1949. The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate served the parish until 1984. In 1984, the parish began to be staffed by Diocesan priests. Our Lady of Victory has grown from ten families in the beginning to one hundred eighty families registered and growing each week.
